2. Acceptance of Terms By placing an order or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our site.

3. Products All products are custom 3D printed to order. Product colours and finishes may vary slightly from images shown. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.

4. Orders & Pricing All prices are in Euro (€) and include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of pricing errors. You will be notified and fully refunded if your order is cancelled.

5. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Domestic (Ireland) delivery takes approximately 2–5 business days. International orders (UK, EU, US) take approximately 5–15 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in their country.

6. Returns & Refunds We offer a 14-day return policy in line with EU consumer law. Items must be unused and in original condition. Custom or personalised products are exempt from returns unless faulty. To initiate a return, contact fredbox3d@gmail.com.

7. Intellectual Property All content on this site — including designs, images, and text — is the property of FredBox3D and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability FredBox3D is not liable for any indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our products or website. Our liability is limited to the value of your order.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
